Orders
for Advertisement Placement
An order, written or verbal can only be canceled with notice in
writing postmarked no later than 90 days prior to publishing date of the issue
canceled.
Claims
Claims for defects, damages of for non-performance by Publisher
must be made by Advertiser in writing within thirty days from date of publication.
Failure to make such written claim within the stated period will constitute irrevocable
acceptance and an admission that all terms, conditions and specifications have
been met. Publishers liability shall be limited to the net invoice price
of the advertisement in dispute and shall in no event include special or consequential
damages, including profits lost.

Indemnification
Advertiser shall indemnify and hold harmless the Publisher from
any and all loss, cost, expense and damages on account of any and all manner of
claims, demands, actions and proceedings that may be instituted against the Publisher
on grounds alleging that the Publisher has violated any copyright or any proprietary
right of any person or that it contains any matter that is libelous or scandalous
or invades any persons right to privacy or other personal rights, except
to the extent the Publisher has contributed to the matter. The Advertiser agrees,
at the Advertisers own expense, to promptly defend and continue the defense
of any such claim, action or proceeding that may be brought against the Publisher,
provided that the Publisher shall promptly notify the Advertiser with respect
thereto, and provided further that the Publisher shall give Advertiser such reasonable
time as the exigencies of the situation may permit in which to undertake and continue
the defense thereof.

Conditions
Rates are subject to revision upon 30 days advance written notice.
Contracted advertisers will be protected at their contracted rate for the remainder
of signed contracts not to exceed 16 months.
Quality
Level
Publisher will not be held responsible for quality of printing
or for delivery dates of the magazine. The publisher will not be liable for any
damages, including consequential damages, if for any reason the publisher fails
to publish an advertisement.
Payment. Payment in its entirety must be made thirty (30) days from the date of
invoice unless otherwise provided in writing. Advertiser agrees not to withhold
or delay payment in anticipation of a claim against Publisher. No claims will
be considered until payment has been made.

Condition
of Copy
The quality of material supplied by Advertiser will be the responsibility
of Advertiser. The Publisher assumes no responsibility for the quality of artwork
or other materials supplied to it.
New Artwork. Non-receipt of new or updated ads 30 days prior to publishing date
may result in the last published ad to be reprinted. It is the responsibility
of the advertiser to send new artwork if necessary.

Multi-frequency
Advertisement
Advertiser agrees to pay for all advertisements produced by Publisher.
Failure of Publisher to produce all issues called for in a multi-frequency contract,
for whatever reason, shall not absolve advertiser from paying for all issues in
which Advertisers advertisement appears.
Terms and Conditions. These terms and conditions will apply regardless of terms
and conditions to the contrary that may appear on Advertisers purchase order,
contract or insertion order. A 1.5 percent finance charge will be made of all
accounts that are more than thirty (30) days overdue.
Bill Client
Publisher may bill an advertising agencys client for payment
not received within ninety (90) days after the invoice date.
No Agency
Commissions
No advertising agencys commissions will be paid on payments
received more than thirty (30) days after the invoice date.
Offsets
Advertisers are not permitted to offset this invoice against monies
owed to Advertiser by Publisher. Similarly, if payment is to be made in kind ("trade-out")
the terms of barter must be specified on the insertion order.
Contract
Requirements
All contracts subject to approval by the publisher who reserves
the right to edit any ad. Contracts cancelled only with written notice by the
advertising deadline and payment of account in full plus difference between contracted
rates and actual earned rates.
Account
Terms
Net 30 days. 1.5% service charge per month after 30 days of invoice
date (18% per annum). Prepayment of 50% is required to establish a new account.
Prepayment of 100% may be required by accounts in poor standing with AIA Wisconsin
or Wisconsin Architect, Inc.
Recognized advertising agencies will receive a 15% discount only upon receipt
of payment within 30 days of invoice. After 30 days, agency will be billed in
full plus the accumulated service charge. After 90 days, the company placing the
ad will be billed directly. Discount does not apply to professional service ads
or directory listings.
